Skype CEO talks about video calling push
Skype CEO Tony Bates says the popular VoIP service has reached several key milestones recently as part of its plan to be the leading provider of video calling. Skype highlighted that effort today by announcing its video calling service is now available on Facebook.
In conjunction with the new video calling feature, a Facebook blog post announced enhancements to its chat service. Facebook now has group chat, one of its most requested features. Skype's video calling is integrated into the chat feature.

Apple is rumored to be unveiling a major overhaul of its video editing software Final Cut Pro at the annual National Association of Broadcasters conference in Las Vegas next week.
According a report in Filmmakers Magazine and a MacRumors blog post, the update will be announced at the Final Cut Pro User Group SuperMeet on April 12.
